Summary
Purpose: To describe the variants and the anormalies of coronary artery on 128-row computed tomography (CT).
Material and method: 90 patients were treated at 103 hospital from Oct. 2020 to Jul. 2021. The characteristic figures of coronary artery assessed on 128-row CT included: the site of ostium, course, abnormal enlargement of the branch…
Results: 84.4% of the patients had a right dominant system and Ramus intermedius branch was seen in 57.8%. The anomalous origins of LM and RCA were found in 3.3% for each branch. The atrophies of LCx and RCA were 7.8% and 2.2%, respectively.
Conclusion: 128-row detector CT images is helpful for detecting the variants and the anormalies of coronary artery. Key words: computed tomography, coronary artery, variant, anormaly.

Mục đích: Mô tả một số biến thể và bất thường động mạch vành (ĐMV) trên cắt lớp vi tính (CLVT) 128 dãy.

Đối tượng và phương pháp: 90 BN điều trị tại bệnh viện Quân y 103 từ 10/2020 đến 7/2021. Chụp CLVT ĐMV thực hiện bằng máy 128 dãy. Đặc điểm các nhánh ĐMV được đánh giá gồm: vị trí xuất phát, đường đi, số lượng, hình dạng…

Kết quả: 84,4% BN có ưu thế vành phải. Nhánh Ramus gặp ở 57,8% trường hợp. Bất thường gốc xuất phát RCA và LM gặp ở 3,3% đối với mỗi nhánh. Thiểu sản LCx chiếm 7,8% và thiểu sản RCA 2,2%.

Kết luận: CLVT 128 dãy cho đánh giá chi tiết về các biến thể và bất thường ĐMV. Từ khóa: cắt lớp vi tính, động mạch vành, bất thường, biến thể.
