Cancellation Policy

1. Any cancellation must be send to the secretarial in a written form

2. All refund will be made after congress for administrative reasons and all bank service charges will be deducted from the refund amount

3. Please refer to the following cut off dates for cancellation

Cancellation on or by August 15, 2008: 70% refund

Cancellation from August 16, 2008: No refund

Discount and waiving policy:

Participants can take advantage of Group registration for the Meeting. A group of 5 participants get 5% discount rate and 10% for the group if 10 participants.

The registration Fee is waived for one author of the accepted oral communication or poster presentation.Please note that payment must be received by August 15, 2008 in order for participants to qualify re-registration and group- registration.

Waiving Policy:

Regisration Fee are waived for these followings:

1. Authors of the accepted oral communication or poster presentation.
2. National Delegates.
3. President of national  Radiological Societies
